All Users shall be bound the terms of this Privacy Policy. THE INFORMATION PROJECT 312 COLLECTS

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PROTECTION

All photographs herein have been included with the express permission of Project 312 parents for the purposes of fundraising and furthering the Project 312 mission. The Site is not directed towards children under 12 years of age, and Project 312 does not knowingly collect any information from children under 12 years of age through the Site.

SECURITY

This Site has security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Information under our control that is submitted to Project 312. Project 312 makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures. Project 312 shall not be responsible for any actual or consequential damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Policy as a result of a security breach or technical malfunction. Certain information may be transmitted to you by email. Although it is illegal to intercept or disclose these messages under Federal law, these transmissions are not secure.

SALE OR ACQUISITION OF ASSETS

In the event that another company acquires Project 312 or its assets, Project 312 reserves the right to include all User Information among the assets transferred to the acquiring company.
