Project 312 will collect the name, company name, title, telephone number, fax
number, email address, and credit card number of Users placing orders on the
Site. Project 312 also may collect information concerning products or services
that interest a User.

it, agrees to its terms and authorizes Project 312 to collect, use and disclose

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PROTECTION
All photographs herein have been included with the express permission of Project
312 parents for the purposes of fundraising and furthering the Project 312 mission.
The Site is not directed towards children under 12 years of age, and Project
312 does not knowingly collect any information from children under 12 years
of age through the Site.
SECURITY
This Site has security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration
of the Information under our control that is submitted to Project 312. Project
312 makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of
these security measures. Project 312 shall not be responsible for any actual

as a result of a security breach or technical malfunction. Certain information

SALE OR ACQUISITION OF ASSETS
In the event that another company acquires Project 312 or its assets, Project
