Laura, Age 18

My name is Laura and I am 18 yrs old. I attended Dunbar Senior High School. I did not finish my year at Dunbar or any other school. It just didn’t fit me like I thought it would so I decided not to go back. Now I am in the process of getting my GED.

I Have a Dream has helped me by making me a positive person. With a positive attitude, I am able to go through life and achieve all the goals that I set for my life. With their help I know I can reach my dream of becoming a police officer.

Hello my name is Laura, and I am 10 years old. I go to Emery ES. I live in Washington DC, and my teacher is Mr. Ehrmann.

My hobbies are jump rope and playing hand games like "Mama Mama can't you see." My favorite food is pizza. My personality is gettin on people's nerves and talking a hold in people's heads.

My dreams are to live in a wonderful house with no drama, and to be a singer. I would like to work at Gap and Old Navy. I wish the world could be a peaceful place and have no drugs on the streets. I also wish that schools could be a better place. And kids could love school. And another dream is that I will work hard.

If I could change anything in the world I would change it so that one day everybody should come outside and clean up this world.
