Porshia, Age 20

My name is Porshia and I am 20 yrs old. I graduated from Cardozo Senior High School and now I’m attending Trinity University in Washington DC, where I am majoring in childhood development. I really love kids and would love to work in a field where children are involved.

I Have a Dream has helped me by helping me get through high school and making sure I found the best school for me. They kept me out of trouble and have given me plenty of opportunities throughout my life. With their help, I am able to achieve my dream of working with children in child development.

My name is Porshia and I am 12 years old. I am in the 5th grade. I live in Washington DC and go to Emery Elementary School.

I like to play jumprope, run, and learn. My favorite foods are pizza, french fries, steak and cheese, and fried chicken. My personality is to have good behavior and to be smart and intelligent.

My future job is to be a great nurse. To help people when they're sick. The world will be better with me as a nurse. I could help cure their pain.
